Terms of Use

These are the rules for using the service. Using the service means you accept these terms, so they are worth reading.

1. What the service does

Tagishoti is a service that helps job seekers: finding relevant roles, tailoring a resume to each role, finding relevant contacts at companies, and drafting outreach to them. The service is operated by Yalabo Group. The business is not yet incorporated as a company, so there is no company registration number at this stage.

2. Who may use it

Use is permitted for people aged 18 and over who have the legal capacity to enter into an agreement. You undertake that the information you provide, including your resume, is accurate and belongs to you.

3. Your account

You are responsible for keeping your access credentials safe and for every action taken through your account. If you identify unauthorized use, tell us immediately.

4. Approval before sending

The service drafts outreach, connection requests and messages for you, but sends nothing without your explicit approval. The approval is yours, and content sent in your name is your responsibility. We recommend reading every message before approving it.

5. Connecting to external services

The service connects to your external accounts, LinkedIn among them. Use of those accounts is also subject to their own terms of use, and you are responsible for complying with them. We are not affiliated with those services, and we are not responsible for changes, restrictions or blocks on their side.

6. Fair use

Do not use the service to send spam, to mislead, to impersonate, to provide false information, to harm another person, or to circumvent technical limits of other platforms. Do not scrape, reverse engineer, or use the service automatically beyond the intended personal use.

7. No guaranteed outcome

We do everything we can to improve your chance of reaching an interview, but we do not guarantee a job, an interview, a reply or any outcome. The service is a tool, and decisions are ultimately made by employers.

8. Content created in the service

Resumes and outreach are drafted with the help of artificial intelligence and may contain inaccuracies. It is your responsibility to check them before approving. Ownership of your resume and the information you entered remains yours; rights in the service itself, in the code, the design and the brand belong to us.

9. Payment

The service is offered on two plans: a free plan, and a paid monthly Pro plan. The current price, what each plan includes and the trial terms are on the pricing page. Payment is handled by our payment provider, renews monthly until you cancel, and you can cancel at any time. We will not charge you without your consent, and we will give notice before any price change.

10. Availability and changes

We may update, change or discontinue parts of the service. We aim for continuous availability, but faults, maintenance and outages are possible. The service is provided "AS IS".

11. Limitation of liability

To the extent the law permits, we will not be liable for indirect, consequential or special damage arising from use of the service, including loss of an employment opportunity, loss of information or reputational harm.

12. Termination

You may stop using the service and delete your account at any time. We may suspend or close an account that breaches these terms or the law.

13. Governing law and jurisdiction

These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Israel, and exclusive jurisdiction lies with the competent courts in the Tel Aviv district.
