Privacy Policy — Angels Program

This page describes all the data we collect about angels in the Angels program — what we receive through Sign In with LinkedIn, what is collected while you use the service, why, and how to delete everything. We do not sell your data; if anything here ever changes, we will write it on this page before the change takes effect.

What the Angels program is

An angel is an employee of a company who has chosen to offer themselves as a way in for candidates interested in roles at that company. Joining is voluntary; angels choose how they are contacted and can delist themselves at any time.

Sign In with LinkedIn — what we receive

Registration for the program uses Sign In with LinkedIn (OpenID Connect). Through this sign-in we receive from LinkedIn only the basic profile details:

• Member ID — to recognize the account on a returning sign-in.
• Full name — shown on the angel card that job seekers see.
• Email address — used for the account and, if you chose it, for receiving messages from job seekers. The address is never shown to job seekers.
• Profile picture — shown on the angel card.

We do not receive or request any further permission: we have no access to your connections or messages, and we cannot post, message, or take any action on your behalf on LinkedIn. The sign-in is used for authentication only and does not constitute identity verification by LinkedIn.

Information you provide to us

• Your current employer, as you confirm it, so we list you on the right company's jobs. To confirm the employer we read, with your consent, the employment details on your public profile — once when you join and roughly every 90 days to keep the listing accurate.
• Contact preference — LinkedIn, email, both, or an apply link — changeable at any time.
• Apply link (optional) — a link to your company's hiring system, if you chose to attach one.

What job seekers see

Your name, picture, title, and employer — and the way you chose to be reached. When a job seeker emails you, the message is relayed through us: they never see your email address. Their name and address are shared with you so you can reply.

Who the data is shared with

The data is stored and processed only with our infrastructure providers, each for its own purpose:

• Supabase — database and authentication infrastructure.
• Vercel — website and application hosting.
• Resend — email delivery: messages from job seekers relayed to you, and updates about your listing.
• Mixpanel — usage measurement. See the next section.

The data is never sold or passed to anyone else.

Usage measurement and cookies

We use Mixpanel to understand how the service is used — which screens are viewed and which actions are taken. The data is sent to the company's European Union servers. Essential cookies keep you signed in — without them you cannot stay connected — and one cookie records which link first brought you to us. There are no advertising-network cookies on the site and we do not track you across other websites.

Retention and deletion

• Angel details are kept for as long as you are listed in the program.
• Delisting — one press from your angel board. It takes effect immediately: your card stops appearing to job seekers.
• Deleting your account also deletes all angel details.
• You can additionally revoke Tagishoti's access from your LinkedIn account settings.
• For any other request: info@yalabo.io — handled within 30 days.

Minimum age

The service is intended for people aged 18 and over. We do not knowingly collect data about minors under this age.

Changes to this policy

If we update this page we will update the date at its top, and for a material change we will also notify you directly.
