  3. People reach you the way you chose

    LinkedIn, email, or an application link you provide. Each request arrives with the message the candidate wrote, and what happens next is up to you.

You decide who to answer and who to put forward. Every request that reaches you is only a request.

Nothing is ever sent in your name, and you can leave the list whenever you want.
