What happens when I run out of credits?
You can still see jobs, their match scores, and why they fit you.
On the free plan you can upgrade to Pro and get 40 credits a month.
On Pro, credits arrive at the start of each billing month, and whatever you didn't use carries over.
Do the three free credits renew?
No. You get them once, when you sign up.
Job matching, the match score and the explanation keep working for free afterwards, with no limit.
What happens to credits I didn't use this month?
They stay with you. The monthly credits are added to your existing balance rather than replacing it, so a quiet month isn't lost.
If I open a job and come back to it later, does that cost another credit?
No. Once a job is open it stays open. You can return to it, edit the resume, rewrite the outreach or export another version without spending another credit.
I changed my mind right after opening a job. Can I undo it?
Yes, as long as nothing has been run yet — no resume tailored, no connections looked up. The credit goes straight back to your balance.
Once work on the job has started, the undo window closes.
Why do I need to connect LinkedIn to see people at a company?
Because the people we look for are the people you already know. Without the connection there's no network to analyze, and no way to tell who at a company is close to you.
It's only needed for that step. Job matching and resume tailoring work without it.
Is anything sent on my behalf without approval?
No. Nothing goes out before you've read it and approved it. You can edit every word, choose who to approach, or skip it entirely.
