What Ness does

Ness describes itself as a leader in computing and information technology in Israel and as a strategic partner for organisations' digital growth, with hundreds of customers across digital, cyber, cloud and information systems (checked 2 September 2026). Its head office is at Infinity Park in Ra'anana, and its contact page also lists a Jerusalem branch.

One thing worth settling before you apply: the Israeli Ness Technologies is not the global Ness Digital Engineering. The Israeli company was acquired by Hilan in 2014 and is part of the Hilan Group; the global company is KKR-owned and headquartered in New York. Two companies, two sites, two hiring processes.

The fields hired for here, per its own site: software development and digital, support, infrastructure and cyber, testing and automation, cloud specialists, SAP specialists, and training and implementation. A large share of the roles are outsourcing — a Ness employee sitting at a client.

How hiring at Ness works

Applications go through the careers page and the job list on the site, and the company also publishes direct addresses for sending a resume plus a recruiting WhatsApp number. Roles are posted on LinkedIn as well (checked 2 September 2026).

Process stages: not published. There is no "our process" page on the site — only application channels.

Employee referral program: not published.

Ways in: the careers page describes NESS Academy (technology courses and training), "Warriors to High-Tech" for people leaving the military, and a program called Startline, alongside a diverse-employment initiative. Entry-level roles are recruited through the ordinary job list.

Why applying through the form is not enough

At a services and outsourcing company an application joins a pool rather than a single role's file. That sounds like an advantage — "maybe they'll match me to something" — and in practice it is exactly where a resume sits untouched, because nobody can tell which client and which project it belongs to.

The way out of the pool is a person. As we wrote in the post on referrals, a referral does not skip interviews — it changes the channel your resume arrives through. A 2015 paper in the Quarterly Journal of Economics found referred applicants are hired at a higher rate even with similar skills. At Ness there is a practical bonus: someone sitting at the client knows which headcount is opening there before it is posted.

The right way to apply to Ness

  1. Pick one specific role, not a general application. A general application at a services company is the reliable way to disappear.
  2. Tailor the resume to it. If the posting asks for a particular stack or tool, it has to appear explicitly.
  3. Find one person inside. A LinkedIn search on Ness plus the role title or the client name, and alumni of the same course or a previous employer.
  4. One short message: who you are, which job, two pieces of evidence that you fit, and one request to pass your resume inside.
  5. One reminder after five to seven days, then the next person.

Tagishoti covers exactly these steps: it finds matching roles, tailors a resume to each one, uses your connected LinkedIn account to identify who at the company could put you forward, and drafts the message. Nothing is sent until you approve it, and there is no promise anyone will agree.

FAQ: jobs at Ness

Does Ness have an employee referral program?

Not published. There is no page or set of terms for one on the company's site (checked 2 September 2026). That does not mean there is none — it means the only way to find out is to ask an employee.

Does Ness hire juniors and people without experience?

The careers page describes entry routes: NESS Academy, "Warriors to High-Tech" for people leaving the military, and the Startline program. Entry-level roles such as support, QA and data annotation are recruited through the ordinary job list.

Where are Ness's offices?

Its contact page publishes two addresses: the head office at Infinity Park in Ra'anana, and a Jerusalem branch. A significant share of roles are based at a client site, so the actual work location for a given job is stated in its posting.

How long does the hiring process take?

Not published. The site has no page describing stages or timelines — only how to apply.
